Gift Wrapping

We pride ourselves on our excellent service and like to offer our lovely customers something a little extra.....

All our products arrive beautifully gift wrapped with tissue paper and tied with ribbon. If you wish to include a message with your parcel, simply email us with the details. We are also happy to send your parcel to another recipient if this is at a different address.

Postage Cost

We charge a standard delivery charge £4.95 however many items you purchase.

Returns

Tilly Rose offers a 'no quibble returns' policy on all our products except on 'Personalised Orders'.

We try our very best to describe our products as accurately as possible, including their size, colour and condition.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return your item within 10 days of receipt in its original condition and wrapping. (Please send an email before returning your item so that we may be aware of its arrival)

If any items are damaged by post, these must also be returned in their original wrapping.
