Discover the joy and beauty of taking some time out from your busy days and spend some time with me learning new techniques, maybe re-visit some old ones and simply enjoy the process of creating with cloth and thread and of course include some delightful stitching!
It really is that simple....
So, if you are a beginner and want to dip your toes into the world of thread or you are an experienced needlecrafter then there will be something on offer for everyone.
I always run a very relaxed workshop allowing students to work at their own pace with their own interpretation of my theme or design.
There are no rules!
Have I tempted you?
Fancy joining me on a workshop?

'An Edwardian Diary...' Monthly Meet
Following on from the success of my last yearly project, Stitching Memories, I am now continuing to bring you a new venture at Bee Crafty, Ellington....
In this year long project loosely based on the writings of Edith Holden, I take you through the seasons with a monthly delight of tips and new techniques that you will be able to use in your creative textile art and stitching projects.
Although each session can be an individual workshop if you wish to just attend one session, it is mainly a collective project that allows you to create four pieces throughout the year, depicting each beautiful season that we will be joining together as a stitched collage of textile art in the form of a wall hanging.
Throughout the project you will keep your own 'Edwardian Diary' scrapbook journal as an inspirational guide, allowing you to capture the seasonal beauty around you with your own drawings, snippets, photographs and doodles.
As we work through the seasons we will create individual panels filled full of love & smiles, creating your own story as you continue each session......a lovely way to explore new techniques that allow your own creativity and personal expression to shine through, collecting treasured memories along the way.
You don't have to be able to draw...
You don't have to be able to paint...
You just have to enjoy being creative!
Suitable for all abilities...

My first book 'Stitched Memories' by Search Press launched in July last year and has already been re-printed after its sell-out success...
I shall be continuing with Search Press offering book signings at various venues throughout the year.
Alot of nattering will be going with a little patchwork project that everyone can add a little slow stitching to if you have time to stay and ponder, while others will just be a book signing whilst I happily stitch alongside a little gathering.
If you'd like to have your copy of the book signed then why not pop along?
I really would love to say hello to you...
